Service Description

Before you book in your appointment there is a few key points we need you to be aware of, failure to read this may lead to refusal of service. This slot is just for Piercing Downsizing where we shorten the length of your Jewellery. If you're wanting to buy new Jewellery when you Downsize we recommend booking under Retail Services, if you'd like a new Piercing at this time book in for a Piercing and write in the comments you'd like a Downsize as well. Please be aware we don't offer Downsize appointments on Saturdays if you urgently need a Downsize on a Saturday give us a call on 01228598844 and we'll do our best to get you in

Cancellation Policy

Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel/rearrange your appointment, we respectfully request 24hrs notice. Missed appointments, or appointments cancelled/rearranged without 24hrs notice, will lose the Booking Fee paid online.
